Chicken Mexican Casserole Recipes

Chicken Casserole (categories: chicken, casserole, mexican)
4 boiled boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes & peppers
1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
Boil chicken, cool, cut up into bite sized pieces. Put layer of doritos on bottom of casserole dish. Place cut-up chicken on top of the chips. Mix soups, Rotel, and milk in bowl. Pour half of the soup mixture on top of the chicken. Put another layer of doritos on top, and cover with remaining soup mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350F for approx. 20 minutes or so, until cheese melts and soup is bubbly.
