Vikki's Tips1 box (15.1 oz.) low-fat fudge brownie mix 2 1/2 c. unprocessed wheat bran 1 c. calcium and vitamin-C enriched orange juicePreheat oven to 375F. Coat 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine brownie mix, bran, and orange juice. Drop by 2 tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes (centers will be soft). With metal spatula, remove to wire rack. Cool. Store covered.
Makes 24 cookies. Per cookie: 91 cals, 1 g. fat, 3 g. fiber

Sift together flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut = in butter till mixture clings together. Press into a 13"x9" pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. While crust is baking, prepare topping by beating eggs together with the sugar and lemon juice. Sift = flour and baking powder together and stir into egg mixture. Pour topping over baked crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes. Cool completely - sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cut into squares.
