Vikki's Tips
2 lbs. stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes 6 potatoes, diced 4 carrots, sliced 1 stalk celery, sliced 1/2 c. flour 1 clove garlic 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. waterPlace meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt, and pepper, and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or high 5-6 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving. Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
