Vikki's Tips
8 oz cream cheese 8 oz sour cream 4 oz chopped green chiles 4 oz chopped black olives 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded � cup chopped green onion (scalion) garlic powder to taste (pinch) seasoning salt to taste (pinch)Blend above and spread on large flour tortillas. Roll. Chill. Slice into bite sized pieces when ready to serve. Serve with salsa or plain.
Tortilla Roll-ups #2

1 pkg. flour tortillas 1 to 1 1/2 cans bean dip (plain or jalapeno) 8 oz. cream cheese 1 can chopped black olivesBlend bean dip, cream cheese, and black olives. Spread evenly on each tortilla. Roll. Chill. Cut into bite sized pieces when ready to serve.

36 medium fresh mushrooms 3 Tbsp butter or margarine 1 cup mayonnaise (light or fat free mayo may be substituted) 1 cup (4 oz) finely shredded swiss cheese 1/4 cup dijon mustard 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 egg whitesRemove and discard mushroom stems. In a skillet, saute mushroom caps in butter. In a bowl, combine mayo, cheese, mustard, parsley and onion powder. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mayo mixture.Spoon into mushroom caps. Place in an ungreased 15 inch x 10 in x 1 in baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield 12-15 servings.

6 cubes 1" squares cheddar cheese 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp onion, chopped 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup sour cream Place sour cream in blender add garlic powder and onion and worcestershire sauce. add cheese a few cubes at a time.........blend until smooth and spreadable consistency. Serve with chips and crackers store in refrigerator. Fruit Dip (category: cold appetizers), submitted by Alta Colbert
1 8oz pkg cream cheese 1 jar 7 oz marshmallow creme 4 1/2 tsp maraschino cherry juice in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Stir in marshmallow creme and cherry juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Bacon Cheddar Dip (category: cold appetizers), submitted by Alta Colbert
In 4 cup blowl combine 1/2 of an 8oz pkg cream cheese softened and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/8 tsp chili powder Add 2 Tbsp bacon pieces. Serve with assorted vegetable dippers. Makes 3/4 cup.
