Teriyaki Pork Chops (categories: pork, crockpot)

8 pork chops
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and garlic powder; mix well. Place pork chops in crockpot. Pour soy mixture over chops. Cook on low all day.

Oven option: Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a large baking dish. Pour soy mixture over chops. Turn chops to coat evenly with sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Drain meat; discard marinade. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes, or until done.

Crockpot Chicken-Lickin' Good Pork Chops (categories: pork, crockpot)

6-8 lean pork chops, 1 inch thick
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. oil
1 10-oz can chicken rice soup or cream of chicken soup (diluted w/ 1/3 c. water)
Mix dry ingredients. Dredge pork chops in mixture. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in crockpot. Add can of soup. Cover and cook 6-8 hours

Crockpot Tangy Pork Chops (categories: crockpot, pork)

6 pork chops
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 10-1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Brown pork chops in skillet. Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix other ingredients in bowl and pour over pork chops. Cook on low at least 6 hours.

Crockpot Baked Ham in Foil (categories: pork, crockpot)
Pour � c. water in crockpot. Wrap precooked 3-4 lb. boneless ham in foil; put in crockpot. Cover; cook on high 1 hour, then low 6-7 hours or until ham is hot.
